It is a good thing the Bible 
Never says If you feel like it...
I might not feel like talking  
But God’s word always stands

God, You are 
The King of Kings 
and The Lord of Lords
Jesus, You are 
worthy to be praise

Monday, with a new found realisation 
What the enemy taught for evil 
God will use it for the good of those 
who love Him.

The weather is very cold today
Definitely not a day to go out for a walk
As I walked, it became a revelation 
To me why I spend every free time walking
It is therapy to me, everyone finds different ways 
To cope with this pandemic 
Mine was or is walking 

Since the lockdown
Not a single day have I stayed inside the house 
without stepping outside the front door
I have come to release that 
It takes me away from the house 

And work environment 
And the funeral environment
And the laughter with friends environment
And the Bible school environment
And the Church environment
The House has become every envirnoment

Walking has..
 
made me appreciate what I have
The people around me 
And most importantly God

It clears my head...

Lord I thank You for always encouraging me
To step outside the house 
And get fresh air
You have given me beauty for ashes
The oil of Joy for mourning
The garment of praise for the Spirit 
of heaveniness
I will greatly rejoice in You 
Lord
