Now it happened after the death of Moses the servant of the Lord , that the Lord spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ servant (attendant), saying, “Moses My servant is dead; now therefore arise [to take his place], cross over this Jordan, you and all this people, into the land which I am giving to them, to the sons of Israel. It takes strength to get out of the water and courage to face humans who are not vegetarians and see you as food.
It takes strength and courage together
To get things done
It also takes courage to speak up but
You need the strength to speak
When things go wrong
which sometimes happens
It takes courage and strength to face it
So I pray to my God for
strength and courage
For it is only from Him I can get it
As I fail and crumble and I am discourage
I am reminder of Joshua
Joshua was courageous
But He needed GOD
He needed GOD to remind him
I need constant reminder Father
To be Strong and courageous
To lean not on my own understanding
Lord I submit to You
When You say Your Grace is sufficient
For me, I don’t always listen
Because when I walk far away from You
You are still with me and
You give me the courage to complete the task
Not only that but You give me the strength because
When I am weak, I feel the
Power of You giving me that strength to take the step
A step that I have got myself into
A step that requires strength
A step that requires faith in You
A step that only Your unconditional Love can get me out off
And LORD you hold my right hand to finish the task each time
Nevertheless You have given me a choice to depend
On You and find strength in You
For I need You Lord
Like a baby needs constant care from it mother
I NEED You Father
As I face the year ahead of me
I don't know what will happen
If life has taught me anything
It is unpredictable and I can only depend on you
To give me courage and strength
To take the step and leap of faith
In Christ Jesus
My Saviour
And my Redeemer
