Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God,
believe also in me.
In my Father's House are many mansions;
if it were not so, I would have told you.
I go to prepare a place for you

Hello and Welcome. Hope you had a good weekend 🙂

It has been a while since I went into the vault. A little story, I like stories, for life is one big story that happens on a daily basis and it is amazing to be part of this whole journey with Jesus. I love the look of the HEART and I love the spelling of it. You get so many little nuggets out of this one thing. The mind can stop working and you can still be kind of alive but the HEART is the main vessel when it stops that is it.

Below is a basic definition of the heart and a little inspired proverbs in my own words. This is information only! OH yes I do love the HUMAN body very fascinating!

THE HEART:

The heart is a hollow, muscular organ that is developed  by a membranous sac and is located behind the sternum. The size is about the size of a closed fist and is located between the lungs in the middle compartment of the chest and weighs an average of 300 grams. The heart pumps approx 70 ml of blood per beat 70 times per minute when at rest.

As any other part of the organ, the heart has its own blood vessels that provide blood to nourish it which are called the Coronary system. When blocked or interrupted by an obstruction to the coronary artery can result in heart attack. (Dr. Angelina Walley, M.D. The Human Body – Anatomy and Function)

Heart failure is defined as a condition in which the heart is unable to pump enough blood to meet the demands of the body.

There are few illnesses that are not affected by diet and nutritional status, although some are affected more directly than others. In fact, some of the major diseases of the modern age such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and cancer are linked to poor nutrition.

In 2014 researchers pooled the results of 72 studies that had looked at the link between fatty acids and coronary disease (including heart attack, coronary heart disease and angina). They found no significant evidence that saturated fats increase the risk of heart disease and no significant evidence that omega-6 and omega-3 polyunsaturated fats protect the heart.

The researchers concluded that “current evidence does not clearly support cardiovascular guidelines that encourage high consumption of polyunsaturated fatty acids and low consumption of total saturated fats”.

So I sit and reflect on the human HEART

The physically organ thought of as
being the seat of the affections

The modern day we see and look around
But do we see with our eyes
Do we hear with our ears
The HEART wants what it wants

It is in the HEART that we HEAR with our EAR
It is in the HEART that ART CREATIVITY comes out
It is in the HEART the HEAT of our passion is shown
It is in the HEART that only GOD know what goes on

As I reflect on the heart of what matters to God, don't be a fool.
Life is life, you can be a fool
If one walks around with head buried in the sand or
you can be the one that trusts in the Lord and
walks knowing that He saves not fearing but walking with HIM

In our generations with so many news:

Don’t be empty and fill
Yourself with empty words

Don’t be lacking
By listening to the gossip of others or participating in them

Don’t be unsatisfied
By exploiting the poor, for the Lord sees and protects

Don’t be needy
By envying the wicked

Don’t be wanting
By becoming a borrower

Don't feel inadequate
For it is the glory of our God and Father that conceals things from us.

Thank you for stopping by.
This is inspired by the wonderful words of Book of Proverbs. As I reflect on the words of the King and how that reflects to our present moments.

How do I see things that reflect the glory of our God?
It is not easy, life in general is not easy. Ups and downs but that is life.
All madness but I love it. Feel free to reflect and absorb it, we live in a world of quick solutions.
It is always good to sit and enjoy the food, I mean chew the food, savour it and it will surprise you.
You can taste all the flavours, it arises from all the sensors we have.
