What a week?
How happy I am that it is Friday!
I know the Lord and I have faith in Him
Faith is the substance of the things hoped for
The evidence of things not seen
As I look out at the beauty of the world
As I ponder on what the Lord says
As I share the good news
Faith is stepping deep into the water
Faith is knowing that my sins are washed away
Faith is knowing that as I step out of the water
I am a new creation
Faith is not staying outside the door
I was shown the door and who is the door
No one else but the One and Only
The alpha and Omega
The First and the Last
Faith is knowing that preaching the good news
Is a seed planted and will grow
Faith, is believing that the Lord is going to do
What He said He will,
So I am not sure about you but
I will boast in the Lord my God
I will rejoice in Him only
I will delight greatly in the Lord my God
As I looked outside a friends house
Watching the sunset but so many scaffolding
Blocking the perfect view
But it does mean the scene was not beautiful
Sometimes my faith wavers
Like a naked flame in the wind
That does not mean God is not at work
Just as Christ was risen from the dead
Nothing can ever change that
No matter what people believe or think
Does not mean He wasn’t
So I put my trust in Him
