As the football is now in the stages of death
You lose, you are out
One can only wonder

One can be heartbroken
Dwell on the what ifs
Or move on and be happy for the others

Who is He that overcomes the world,
But he who believes that
Jesus is the Son of God

For His plans are
to give us peace and well-being
And not disaster
To also give us a future
And a hope

Why do I hear voice of trembling
Of fear and not peace but anger
Are these men in labor with a child?

They scream like a woman in labour
And I see some with their hands on their loins
Like the baby is about to come

Their hands raised up
The day has come and the team is won
And the scream is of joy as they look at the baby
Thank You for stopping by.

Inspired by the Ragtag Daily prompt

The Lord Jesus will remain forever
His throne from generation to generation
The circle of love is full of everything that life briings

May the light in you shine bright always
May the Name of our God be glorify
Have a restful weekend
In the Name of Jesus
Amen

On my way home: Tooley street, Bermondsey, London. After Italy won it was a sight to see so many in the street yesterday.
