This week has made me appreciate
the little things that God gives daily
This week has made me think
What will I have done without Jesus
How do people do it without Jesus
Because I see complete darkness
Without the Lord
He is light of the world
It has also made me step back and stand up
Because in the weakest of moments
I am strong
In the moment of madness
I am reminder of His goodness
What do we do my soul?
My soul let us never ever lose sight of
Who our God is
He is Holy
He is the Almighty God
He is not our mate
For the Lord our God is righteous
His ways are not our ways
He never makes an error
He is perfect in all His ways
I tremble at the sight of an error
Caused by men
For His angry will come on all
Who defile His creation and covenant
Oh what Joy to be in His presence
Let us come with gladness
For His mercy endures forever
My heart leaps for joy before the Lord
It brings a smile that brightens the day
With all my might
I swirl around leaping and whirling for Joy
Shouting to be alive another day
The Son of Man, my Saviour lives
He has rescued us
From every oppression
Every Sickness
The light shines brightly in the darkness
