Season's Greeting

Life in the Unknown world continues… Welcome to the world of walking into unknown places and life is no different. Yet we seem to be surprised at what lies ahead.

What is happening now has happened before.

Nothing is new under the sun.

The story continues…

Centering her mind, she let go and let the wave of unconsciousness filled her entire body. She saw his hand relax and with slow movement she was on the floor. She needed this to be the last time as the wave of heat left her body. 

Regaining her composition, she centered her mind to a conscious state as he moved to the far left. 

What was her plan? As her body starts to receive the heat and movement in hands and feet. 

She could hear movement downstairs and knew she needed to keep him busy if they were to defeat both of them. Where was he? 

Fluttering her eyes, to a dark cloud covering everything. Her heart skipped a beat then began to pound. How did you know?

Welcome back, sleeping beauty! I have my ways and  I needed you gone a little bit while I got everything ready, in the blink of an eye the room changed. 

She glanced at his hands. 

He frowned, as he remembered. With this Totem we will be able to do so much…

Hey! Said Nwe guess we both fall into the trap

Figure that. Well what can we say?

You can say we will find a way!

Yes, but for how long? What is this place? 

This is Fulrose’s hometown, she killed an entire generation when she followed Athen in the tunnel. Trying to recreate the place requires the Totem and you. 

Sorry! you are part of the plan. 

Thank you, but I doubt that is all they need. 

Shifting her gaze back in the direction outside where both had disappeared. You are right, but we need to find a way out. 

What do you suggest? 

Help me up and it will be a while before they get back so we can find a way out of this. This is a land that cannot be recreated

What can she do? Searching for clues to get out of this place. Because Athen thinks she is the answer he needed. Because Fulrose has some crazy notion that she can recreate this place. Because they were both crazy. 

Nwe sighed. What did she do to deserve this much attention to herself? 

Cassa gave a low laugh. From what I know so far about Athen, she is not the first. She will not be the last. 

They reached the end leading into a tunnel.
