43:
For though we walk in the flesh,
we do not war according to the flesh
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal
but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,
casting down arguments and every high thing that
exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing
every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
and being ready to punish all disobedience when your
obedience is fulfilled.2 Corinthians 10:3-6

'The Lord bless you, and keep you [protect you, sustain you, and guard you];
The Lord make His face shine upon you [with favor],
And be gracious to you [surrounding you with lovingkindness];
The Lord lift up His countenance (face) upon you [with divine approval],
And give you peace [a tranquil heart and life].’ 'Numbers 6:24-26 AMP
Judges the Book of Judges:
The Word of God is alive and active
The Word shows that God is in every little detail of our lives
The Word gives us a path to knowing the Almighty God
As I read verse nineteen of chapter one and reflect
The presence of the Lord there is victory
The Lord was with them and they won
One walks with Lord and victory comes
Can one walk in both lanes at the same time
My soul let us trust in the Lord alone
For the Lord our God is a jealous God
One cannot serve two masters
For we will always love one over other
It is one life and no going back
Some put trust in chariots and some in horses
But we will remember the Name of the Lord our God
As the children of Israel looked at the Chariots
It became bigger than God, they took their eyes of the Lord
And so they could not drive them away
How many times does problem become my focus
How many times do I look and let it rule me
How many, my soul how many times
My soul may we never forget the goodness of our Lord
My soul our Lord is bigger
He is the creator of the world
All things are made through Him
And without Him nothing was made
In Him was life, and the life was the light of men
42:
Thus says the LORD,
“Though they are at full strength and many,
They will be cut down and pass away.
Though I have afflicted you,
I will afflict you no more.
And I will break his yoke from off you
And will burst your bonds apartNahum 1:12-13 ESV
Our God is jealous and avenges
The Lord our God is slow to anger and great in power
The Lord has His ways
In the storm and the whirlwind
The clouds are dust of His feet
He rebukes the wind - Peace be still
And even the wind ceased
And in His presence there is a great calm
The mountains quakes before Him
Every knee will bow before the Lord
Yes, the world and all that dwell in it
Who can stand in His Holiness?
Wake up all and lift up your head
Let the words of our mouth
Be a medication to our God
Let us come with all that we have
Let us sing a joyful song to the Lord
Let us smile at the Lord our God
Let us never forget all His benefits
Let us come to Him with thanksgiving in our hearts
Thank you for stopping by God bless you in your journey

41: I have written to you, fathers,
Because you have known Him who is
from the beginning
I have written to you, young men,
Because you are strong,
and the word of God abides in you
And you have overcome the wicked one
1 John 2:14
Hello everyone, apologies for the late blog. On a holiday and will be posting later than normal and thanks for stopping by. Writing from Freetown, Sierra Leone.
What is love?
Love comes from the Father
Through the son Jesus Christ
Love is a word that all wants
Love is a word that all seeks
Love is what the heart longs for
Love is the four letter that brings tears
Love is the four letter that brings joy
And You Father have done it first
Love, has changed my perception of the world
Love brings me to my knees
Love comes in all shapes
Love enters when you don't except it
Love leads the correct way
And what is man? That You can grace us with your presence
Love, came down to perfect us
Love, gave us the boldness we need
Love, there no fear in Love
Love, casts out all fears
Love, will prevail in midst of adversities
God is Love
For in Him, we cannot say we love Him
Yet hate our brothers and sisters
Yes love is challenging for it brings the truth
Loving an invisible God and not His physical creation
Our brothers and sisters one must repent
For our God is love
And all things are of God
And we are now a new creation
Reconciled to Himself through Jesus Christ
Thank you for stopping by God bless you in your journey

The sting of death is sin,
and the strength of sin is the law.
But thanks be to God,
who gives us the victory through
our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast,
immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord,
knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.1 Corinthians 15: 56-58
Welcome to my vault, come in, it is very lovely that you dropped by. Every corner, every shop is full of flowers and love poems. Let’s get cosy in the vault and see what we can find.
Why?
Why oh why do people love evil more than good?
The tongue devises evil
The tongue crushes the spirit
But love weeps and the heart sings
Let love overtake your heart
For in love, it bears all things
Believes all things
Hopes all things
Endures all things
I might seem like fool
Yes the tongue cannot be tamed
Everything else will fail
But the greatest of all
Love endures forever
Embrace it
Happy Valentine Day
The day that is celebrated but
Everyday is a love day
Show someone what love is
and have a good one
Come as much as I would love to sit and talk about love all day. Let see what we can find in the vaults:
Yes let us look at this natural fibre-rich foods: FIBRES!
You know, many of us don’t get enough fibre in our diets. Figure as we go out and eat or prepare our meal. Fibre is good for the guts.
Fibre is the part of food that is not broken down by the body, and it helps keep the digestive system functioning properly. They can be found in different plant foods.
Fibre is a carbohydrate which compromises of long chains of sugar molecules, however unlike other carbohydrate they resist the digestion in the stomach and reach the large intestine
Foods such as fruits, vegetables, beans, fish and whole grains do a better job of satisfying our hunger than foods rich in sugar and refined starch.
Biscuits and chocolate are easy to overeat. They empty quickly from the stomach leaving you very hungry in a short space of time.
By eating rich fibre, it will take up space in the stomach filling you up and also reduce the appetite expanding the gut and making you feel fuller.
It slows the rate of the foods through your digestive system and stabilises blood sugar level.
Fibres are an important source of food for the gut flora – microbes including bacteria and fungi that live in the intestines which ferment it into fatty acids they can feed on.
Fibre act as protection: Weak acids produced by fermentation makes the colon less hospitable to bad bacteria and also lowers the risk of stomach bug
Some types of bacteria in the gut also improves the immune system by producing inflammation -reducing compounds
It keeps bowels healthy by increasing the weight of stools.
Also fibre rich foods require more chewing which helps slow down eating and stops overeating.
Eating slowly gives the brain the chance to recognise when the stomach is full.
Oh dear, look around. It is time for me to say goodbye but... hope to see you again.
Thank you again for stopping by it means a lot to me
Pray you have a wonderful week 🙂
May your week be full of The Joy of the Lord I praise God for your life May He teach you His way as you walk in His foot path In the Name of Jesus Amen
Remember, We cannot control what happens around us, but we can control our responses. Be bless and know that the Lord loves you Lots of Love - Hannah
