106:
'By living in God, love has been brought to its full expression in us so that we may fearlessly face the day of judgement,
because all that Jesus now is, so are we in this world.
Love never brings fear, for fear is always related to punishment.
But love’s perfection drives the fear of punishment far from our hearts. Whoever walks constantly afraid of punishment has not reached love’s perfection.
Our love for others is our grateful response to the love God first demonstrated to us. '

Painting on an old T-Shirt inscribed Reifel Bird Sanctuary
Praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord all who are His servants,
Praise the Name of the Lord!
Blessed is the Name of the Lord our God
For there is no other Name that sends
fear into the bones of the demons
The Lord’s name is to be praised
The Lord our God is seated in Heaven
The Perfecter of our faith and Author of our eternal salvation
Glory to the Lord our God, who lives forever!
Who is praying and interceding for us as our High Priest
So that our faith should not fail
Praise the Lord our God
That strengthens us so we can strengthen others
Give thanks to the Lord our God
For He is good and mercy endures forever!
Jesus shouted to the crowd:
'I have come as a light to shine in this dark world, so that all who put their trust in Me will no longer remain in the dark.
I don’t speak on My own authority. The Father who sent Me has commanded Me what to say and how to say it. And I know His commands lead to eternal life; so I say whatever the Father tells Me to say.”' John 12:46,49-50
At the corner of the T-shirt is written Reifel Bird Sanctuary.
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
How wonderful it is to listen to what the Father says,
How wonderful it is to abide in the Lord my God.
So many voices, so many channels.
It is good to know the voice of the One and Only God.
It is very good, my soul not only to listen but to obey the voice of the Lord.
My soul lets us listen to His voice, it is not as loud as others who have to scream to get our attention.
He is already in us, let us be quiet and know that He is Lord
Hope you had a good weekend. God is good and greatly to be praised.
On Saturday:
Went for the run, building up my perseverance muscle as I run and sometimes I do want to give up. Giving up is not an option. Started yoga to build the muscles around the joints. Helping with the run and giving me the courage to continue with it as I see growth.
We have to build up our muscles everyday to continue the race and dance of life. What gives you that strength and courage – hold on to it.
Then, I went to church to help with an event called “Sewing Bee”. I cannot sew or have a machine but I was asked and I jumped at the chance to see others be creative. It was good to see the youth doing some creativity with some old unwanted clothes and making use of it.
We found a T-sheet and it had eagles round it. Beautifully painted. Loved it so much. Saved the scrap of it as I could not let it go to the bin.
How wonderful that my God who created the universe will NEVER put me in the bin or give up on me. That how great He is, the perfecter of our faith.
It was a wonderful day, spending time with the youth and other wonderful ladies and gentlemen. Building confidence and encouraging one another throughout the day. Serving one and other, followed by pizza evening 🙂
It is wonderful when we spend time together, knowing one another, encouraging one another, building one another up.
On Sunday, we continued the series we started last week which was a summary of “Fruit of the Spirit”. This Sunday our lovely teacher and wonderful friend Clare, zoomed into Joy and Peace:
Learning about the FRUIT: Abide in the Lord always and the Fruit will naturally manifest on the outside. It will be pruned and at the right time produce the fruit of the season. We all have all the Fruit of the Spirit
As we listened to the sermon: My takeaways are:
It is important to have the right environment so that the fruit can grow and develop and not be stifled.
Joy and Peace grow in an environment of obedience and of Grace. It grows in barren places too.
Keeping the heart free from unnatural or false sources of Joy and Peace – is good for the soul.
“Joy is peace dancing. Peace is joy at rest.” ― Frederick Brotherton Meyer
In the world
The gloom and darkness never last
For we have seen a great light
As we walk through the land of the shadow of death
The light shines through us
So I will fear no evil
And I walk by faith not sight
For the Lord my God is with me
And I will abide in Him
He is Jesus Christ,
Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace
His rod and staff, comforts me
In Him alone the fruit is establish and grown
In Him we have increased Joy
In Him that Joy is our strength
In Him Joy and Peace hold hands together
This week, May the Lord bless and keep you
May He give you the strength to overcome the evil one
May He let His Face shine upon you
And give you strength to abide in Him alone
May His Joy and Peace radiates in you always
In the Name of Jesus Christ

How to spot the signs? When it comes to emails received:
Check the sender’s address – verify the address.
Just because they have the same name as someone you know does not always mean it is from them. “Sometimes I will reply instead of clicking any link and that brings up the sender’s address – a little hack I do when I don’t know who it is, Risky. Sometimes they bypass everything. So stay alert! ” report them and place in spam inbox
Check the greeting and grammar – almost always free of errors

Happy Friday and hope your week was good. This week, learning a lot in the walk with God. The Lord corrected me this week on how I keep wearing my full armour of God. Don’t know where I learned it from, I will always start with “ I put on The Helmet of Salvation”
The Bible says ‘A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Ephesians 6:10. Before you can put on the armour, because our fight is not human to human but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.’
Stand firm in the Lord and the Power of His might.
We need to know our God first
We need to stand firm in Him First
We need to be in His presence First
For the Lord our God is our Shield
And exceedingly great reward
The Lord knows our wanderings
He keeps records of all our tears
In a bottle and recorded in His book
My soul do not be afraid
But walk by faith
Not fear
As I continue with Paul on 2 Corinthians Chapter Four, verses five to six: Reading through the verses and thinking. The word of God is indeed a lamp and ‘All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.’ 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NLT)
Listening to what Paul is saying - I am not the focus
I do forget sometimes that I am not the focus.
I am a clay that can easily break
The Clay Potter is who you want
He Makes the jar in all design and how long they can last
With Him you get the treasure that is beyond your imagination.
He is the designer, uniquely designing all clay pots.
Who can compare to our Clay Potter
A broken clay pot can be fixed only by Him
Allowing us to see the beauty of the brokenness made whole.
The FOCUS is always about JESUS.

The Word of God has Power
The Word of God is a lamp that lights our path
Preach the Word of God
Preach the gospel that brings healing to our soul and body
Preach the Word of God that is food for the soul
Preaching is not about me or you
For we do not have the power to raise the dead
We do not have power to heal the sick
We do have the mouth to speak the truth and proclaim the Word of God
Remember we cannot save ourselves or anyone else's soul.
No one can bring you or I to God and save our eternal soul.
Only JESUS can
So preach JESUS!

The god of this world
Has no authority over your life or mine
That was taken away from him by Jesus Christ
The Lord our God who created light with words
“Let there be light” that same God
Is the one that brings light to our soul daily
Even when we are blinded by satan
God brings the light at the right time
He shines brightly and blinds us from
The darkness of this world
In the morning when we wake up
It is sign that the Son has woken us
So we give thanks to our God.
Can I talk about myself
Yes, but never too much
We are salt and too much salt in the food
Is no good to anyone
So the right amount of salt is good for the soul
I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ,
the Father of glory, may give to you the
spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.
Amen.
'I have heard all about you, Lord . I am filled with awe by your amazing works. In this time of our deep need, help us again as you did in years gone by. And in your anger, remember your mercy. '
Habakkuk 3:2 NLT
Greenwich Park – enjoying the sky on a sunny day.
As we studied Romans One
Inspired by my home group….
Lord, remember Your mercy
I have heard of all about You, LORD Jesus
I am filled with awe and wonder
At Your amazing works
I look at the pages and it is no different
To my today, help us God
Help us again as You did in years gone
Help us and in Your anger remember Your mercy
We are Your people
And You are our God
We are sheep who have gone astray
Make a way where there is no way.
Hello ….. Happy Friday… The madness of the coronation is all around…
I love the fact….I get to have a bank holiday on Monday… So I rejoice in the Lord my God…. Great is our God…. The King of all kings…. We thank God for the king and God save the king!
As I continue with Paul on 2 Corinthians Chapter Three to four:
The Apostle Paul helps to narrow our focus on what matters…
According to verse seventeen of chapter three: ‘The Lord is the same as the Spirit. And when the Lord’s Spirit is with anyone, that person is free. ‘ ….(17 EASY)
Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is FREEDOM
What is freedom?
So many answers on google search…
The state of not being imprisoned or enslaved.
Does freedom mean I can do anything I want?
In the Book of Genesis God made man and gave him freedom yet we lost that freedom and hid in shame.
What is Paul not saying?
God has created humans and shares His endless flourishing life with us so we can be partners with Him.
Freedom ….. What is freedom?
It is having the greatest relationship with our God not through a veil because that was torn. It is through what Jesus Christ did and what the Holy spirit is doing…
Looking at Paul’s letter to Corthinans tells us so much more. We are free and not lost through Christ Jesus. Free to have a relationship with God in Christ Jesus. It is good news 😀
LOST! We are not Lost!
How can I live without You my God
Though the fig tree may not blossom
Nor does the vines produces fruit
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord my God
And abide in Him
For my soul was lost without Jesus
He is the true vine that revives the dead branches
I will Joy in the God of my salvation
The Lord my God is my strength
And in Him will I bear fruits
For without the Saviour, my soul
God has lost you and you are not His servant
The church has lost you and you are not working for the truth
You are lost in the world and have no lasting service to it
You have lost your self to right, to love, to joy, you are lost, lost and lost
Let us come to the Lord our God
For we are no longer called servants
But we called friends and chosen
Before the foundation of the world
To be holy and without blame before Him in Love
We are NOT lost !
'Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. '
Isaiah 41:10 NLT
Having The Time of my Life – Dominion Theatre
Hope you had a good weekend. Happy MAY DAY 😲
My weekend was good, the first time I didn’t run on a Saturday. It was a decision made beforehand to show some love to myself. If you love something then you have to take care of it.
On Friday I went to see the musical show “Dirty Dancing” at Dominion Theatre. It was a very good experience, as we watched the dance moves, musicals and The Lift. Joining in on the dancing at the end.
Saturday went to “God’s Big Story” – studying through from Acts to Philemon by Owen Hilton. Who teaches on the letters of Paul and the journey of the church how it all started.
My takeaway was the start of the journey of Christians in Antioch and how they got the name Christians or Little Christ.
The first church:
They understood the truth and Power of God – when conflict arise they will seek God.
Cross cultural church started – Jews and Gentiles.
Obstacles presented itself but they were filled with the Holy Spirit.
Grace is experienced – it is grace that helps us with learning to live the life we are created to live.
It is good to share testimonies and be a blessing to others. As Paul and Barnabas returned from the trip in Acts of the Apostles 14:22-23. It teaches us key things to learn and practice in our journeys:
They strengthened the believers – we strengthened to strengthened others.
They encouraged them to continue in the faith, reminding them that we must suffer many hardships to enter the Kingdom of God.
Paul and Barnabas also appointed elders in every church.
With prayer and fasting, they turned the elders over to the care of the Lord, in whom they had put their trust.
On Sunday, a visitor pastor from Ukraine preached and blessed us. As he talked about Acts of the Apostles. Philip’s encounter with the Euthpians and how the gospel then went to Africa.
Sharing his and the church in Ukraine journey’s. How in the midst of conflict the gospel moves like a wildfire.
It is so good how God’s ways are higher than ours and the way He directs our path is so different to what we expect.
My takeaways on Sunday preaching was:
Obedience is fruitfulness.
No one person has all the gifts – it humbles us to ask for help when needed and puts the fear of the Lord in us.
Inspired by my weekend, I look up:
I have heard about You, Lord
I am filled with awe by Your amazing works
Great is thy faithfulness
Though the fig tree may not blossom
Nor the fruit be in the vines
Though the labour of work produces nothing
And the fields yield no fruits in the season
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord
My Joy is in the Lord
Who is my strength and my Salvation
Thank you for walking with me
On this journey of life
Let us give thanks to the LORD!
Call upon His Name
Make known His deeds among the people!
Sing to the Lord a new song
For the Lord is good and
His mercy endures forever
He is the Lord our God
And we are His people
Blessed be the Rock
